How many days are between two dates?
Subtract the start date from the end date. April 1 to May 1 is 30 days, or 31 if you include the end date.
What is the difference between calendar duration and total days?
Calendar duration reads like "2 years, 3 months, 14 days". Total days is a single exact number, useful for deadlines.
How are business days counted?
Saturdays and Sundays are skipped. Public holidays are not excluded because they vary by country.
Why does adding one month not always add the same days?
Months have 28 to 31 days. If the target day does not exist, the result moves to the last day of that month.
How do leap years affect the result?
A period that includes 29 February has one extra day. The calculator applies the full Gregorian leap-year rule automatically.
What date is 90 days from today?
